Call Forwarding Option not working on Iphone SE 2020

Dear All,

I am using Iphone SE 2020. Prior to this I was using android (was quite happy to use android)

Call Forward setting is not working on this phone, I have reset my phone several times, but nothing works out. When I tried to use call forwarding option on my existing android phone, with my same SIM card it works perfectly fine.

Can someone help on this.

Call Forwarding / Call Waiting / Hotspot / VoiceMail are carrier Specific feature. Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider) The agency who issued the SIM to you
