Transferring an app between my iPhone to my iPad?

I want to transfer an app from my iPhone to my iPad using blue tooth. I don’t have WiFi! Any help would be appreciated.

You cannot transfer an app from iPhone to iPad using only bluetooth.

The easiest way to transfer apps from an iPhone to an iPad is through the iCloud service that enables you to synchronize almost anything between iOS devices which requires WiFi. With app sync enabled, all apps you install on your iPhone are automatically installed on your iPad. If you want to transfer apps that are already installed on your iPhone, you can either transfer apps one by one through the App Store on your iPad which also requires WiFI.
