My new iPhone 11 pros portrait and wide angle camera have just stopped working. I’ve taken the phone to ATT and they’ve determined it should be covered by apples warranty. I’m not sure how that all is working with

COVID. How can I get my phone replaced through the warranty

What does apply one year factory warranty cover? It hasn't been a year yet and some magical way, the glass on my back camera of my iPhone XS MAX has cracked. I haven't dropped my phone or anything of that nature. Is something like this covered in the one year warranty? How can I get this fixed?
