Issue with password

Hi everyone, as you read i have an issue with id pass.

Friends of my parents some years ago bought this ipad air 2 from internet and it was ""refurbished"" but it really wasn't!! In fact it has an id apple but i don't know the password and i also don't know his phone number, so i can't reset the ipad. Can someone help me?
