Hi everyone, as you read i have an issue with id pass.
Friends of my parents some years ago bought this ipad air 2 from internet and it was ""refurbished"" but it really wasn't!! In fact it has an id apple but i don't know the password and i also don't know his phone number, so i can't reset the ipad. Can someone help me?

If you can't reach the previous owner and have them remove the iPad from their account, the iPad is worthless. Apple won't unlock it for you..
