How I remove an Apple Mail App that is corrupt

Mail app is corrupt, how do I remove and reinstall clean

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.15

Mail cannot be deleted from the OS. You can try some troubleshooting by using: How to use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support.

If Safe Mode is not solving your problem, try using the: macOS Catalina 10.15.6 Combo Update
