Email pop up

It happens very often that when I'm working or watching a video/film the email's app pop's up in the middle or in a half of the screen if I'm watching a video. How can I disable it?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 10.15

System Preferences > Notifications > Mail, turn off notifications or at least set Banners to None.
