I recently got married. I was wondering is there a way I can change my last name on my iCloud email?

If that's your only Apple device you can try going to iCloud.com on a computer > login > Mail > gear icon (bottom left) > Preferences > Accounts > from here you can create an alias.

You can create an alias using your desired address. Open Mail > Preferences > Accounts > Account Information and in the dropdown box for alias, select Edit.
