Question:Q:Podcast playack speed changes on it's own as is the volume.

My iPhone podcast app keeps changing speed when in my pocket and with phone locked. It isn’t all the time. It is random times maybe 3 times per week in different scenarios. The app isn’t open and the phone is locked. I tried closing app and reopening and it isn’t on Bluetooth or through headphones always. Sometimes it is through Lightning wired headphones as well though. I restored phone to factory defaults because of trying everything on a previous thread and it still happens. I think there is a glitch in the app or there is some secret way that you can adjust podcast speed from a quick command (like “hold play to adjust speed” or something?). Please let me know.
