iPad Apple ID Reset Request

Good day,


My name is Corporal Austen I work for the Canadian Armed Forces and subsequently work with my units mess (private bar). My mess purchased an iPad (Serial: F7****P84) a few years ago which has laid dormant for two years, we are re purposing the iPad and are attempting to reset the Apple ID as the account registered on the device is no longer active , and the individual who's account is registered Sergeant Brandon Ingram (****@ hotmail.ca) is currently unavailable as he is away on an extended training mission and does not have reliable access to communication and internet. I would like to request the iPad Apple ID be reset so we may utilize it in the mess.
