Do User name n passwords Backup

During a back up ( will be doing a factory reset) will my user name n passwords backup to the cloud

This is what iCloud backs up -- What does iCloud back up? - Apple Support, and seeing as your usernames and passwords are stored in iCloud Keychain then that is also stored in iCloud (not as a backup) - If iCloud Keychain won't turn on or sync - Apple Support.

"iCloud Keychain items aren't part of iCloud Backup because they already live in the cloud."
