Find an old stolen iPhone from my new iPhone

I have literally just regained access to my Apple ID from a phone that was stolen in June 2018 and now I’m on a different phone with a different Apple ID. How do I use my current phone to try to track my stolen phone using find my iPhone? I’m talking reported it to the police, gave a name and vehicle description, reported it stolen to my cellular service provider, cleaned it on my insurance I got a new phone. Yet, somehow, nobody was able to trace my stolen iPhone. Help?

Not sure if you'll still be able to find the old device if it's been this long (2 years) but you can always go to https://icloud.com/find and login with the old ID you used with that device to see if it'll pop-up. It's also highly unlikely that it would be turned on after this long a period which will make it even more impossible to track.
