How can I dual boot Mac OS X El Capitan and MacOS Catalina on my 2019 Macbook Pro?

I am currently running Catalina on my 2019 MacBook Pro 16 inch, and I am curious if I could dual boot it with El Capitan because one of the projects that I do involve Swift 2, which meant that I had to download Xcode 7.3. Since I cannot download Xcode 7.3 because of compatibility issues with the new MacOS software, is there anyway I could dual boot El Capitan and Catalina on my 2019 MacBook Pro? I know that devices from Mid-2016 and earlier support El Capitan, as early as the mid 2007 iMac, but can my brand spanking new MacBook Pro support El Cap?

You cannot boot a 2019 Mac with El Capitan. A Mac will not boot from a version of macOS that is older than what was current at the time the Mac was released (i.e., what was preinstalled on the Mac).

You can partition your hard drive. There are good how to guides online.

osxdaily seems to have in-depth articles on how guides.

BUT

EL CAP might not work on a 2019 macbook.

i build a spare macbook air without a display this year for under$100 to run snow leopard.and older apps and scanners, etc. That could be an option.

I know that it cannot support older versions. Just wanted to double check with that. I am going to try buying one of the cheaper 2009-2010 MacBook Pro on eBay, and then try to back it up and send it to the newer version of Xcode.
