How do stop my call log history from showing on my daughter’s phone?

If your call log is showing up on your daughters phone, that probably means you're sharing an Apple ID. Apple IDs are intended to be used by only one person. I suggest that you get your daughter her own. You can continue to share content by using Family Sharing. However, things like call logs, iMessages, blocked call lists will all remain separate.
