No. Epic Games didn't make it available for Apple systems because of the dispute; until it ends, that update won't be available.

Kappy: This should be taken up with Epic Games, not Apple; they made a change which broke Apple's App Store rules. No amount of feedback short of a court order applied against Apple will cause them to yield.
