You say that your SIM card is locked. Exactly what to you mean by that?
Do you have a PIN on your SIM that you entered wrongly three times in a row? If so, you need to enter your PUK.
Does your phone say, "SIM Not Recognized"? Your phone is locked to a different carrier.
