adding page numbers

Hi there,


Sometimes doing things with apple pages is difficult to do. I just want to add page numbers to a document for all pages of the document. The number should be at the bottom of the page.

option 1: the page number region is not highlighted in the Section tab.

option 2: I dont see an option for page numbering following these steps.


Please help.

Do you mean Footer?


They're typical down there by default. Hover the cursor down near the bottom of the page and three boxes should appear. Click in one of them and you should see something like this:
