Preview Crashed and won't be opened

It crashed suddenly when it was used to view a PDF with annotation created by other PDF editor.

The error is screenshoted

MacBook Pro 13”, macOS 10.15

Hold down the Shift key while opening Preview.

It should open without trying to open anything that was open when it last quit.

It may be that PDF that is causing it to crash.
