App not loading on I-pad

Application downloaded from App Store shutting down on I-pad as opening screen is loading!

Works fine on apple phone,

Any help would be useful?

My GardePro app keeps closing/crashing. App and phone are up to date. App had been working. I have force restarted my phone, deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times. Very frustrating.
