making my iphone5s Volte capable

Can I get an update to make my iphone5s VoLTE capable? my carrier which is Trac phone wireless is telling me that I have to change my phone as my iphone5s as it is not capable and that my service will end soon.

You need an iPhone 6 or newer to use VoLTE.
