An unknown device signed in to my iMessage somehow, but when I signed in to my Apple ID to change the password, it says no devices are signed in. How do I find out what device signed in and prevent them from accessing my account again?
I do not normally use this Apple ID. It is one I created, but I do not believe I have used on my personal devices. I received an email with the device name, but that does not appear anywhere else on my account.

If it doesn't appear on your account and you have changed the password, you are probably safe. There isn't a way to find out what device it is/was.
I have gotten occasional notices like that.
im having the same issue and also reset my password. But now I’m getting 10+ calls a day supposedly from Apple Support saying I need to contact them because my iCloud account has been compromised. I have been ignoring, but is there anything else I can do?

Apple will never call you unless you called them and asked for a call back.
Can you block the number(s) they are calling from?
