It looks like you're trying to find out if AirPods Pro and the original iPhone SE are compatible.

The good news is that the AirPods Pro need an iPhone that is running iOS 13.2 or later. The original iPhone SE is in fact, compatible with iOS 13.

So as long as your iPhone is updated, then you can use the AirPods Pros without any issues.
