forgot security question, how can i rest it?

so i wanted to remove my account from iphone 6s, but apple asks me the security questions, witch by the way i forgot, when i went to iforgot.apple.com the said the don't have enough information about me to be able to reset the 3 security questions. i wanted to ask how can i reset the 3 id security questions ?
