Someone stole my iPhone, changed my Apple ID and password and i cannot report it stolen
Someone reset my Apple ID, security questions and my password what can i do to log back in to my device

From our understanding, you’re no longer in possession of your device, and your Apple ID may be compromised. Let’s get you down the right path towards getting this resolved.
If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support has some great steps that can help you to regain control of your Apple ID.
