Macbook pro as second display

I have a Mac pro (Late 2013) with a 30" Apple Cinema display and a MacBook Pro (15inch, mid 2010).

I want to use the monitor of the MacBook pro as a second monitor.

Is that possible?

What cables should I use?

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 10.13

sorry, not possible.

MacBook and MacBook Pro computers do not have any video INPUTS, and are not suitable for use as displays for any other devices.

HD TV sets and stand-alone Monitors/Displays can be used.
