Cancel subscription to app brianHG
I try to cancel the app Brian HQ which will expire on 9/20/20. I don’t see the option for cancellation, on the renew option.

Make sure you understand this article:
See or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support
If it says it will expire on 9/20/20
That means it will not be renewed, and that you already have canceled it.
If you had not canceled it would have said renews on instead.
