iphone disabled

my children have locked the phone up and it won't connect to itunes either... suggestions?

If your iPhone is disabled, you will need to erase your device


Follow the steps in this article:

If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support


Make sure you get the iPhone into recovery mode.

If you have it in recovery mode and still does not show up in iTunes:

If your computer doesn't recognize your iPhone, iPad, or iPod - Apple Support


If you have a backup you can restore it from that

Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support
