Can you please help me .. i requested 3 refunds from apple & I got 3emails saying that the money was refunded but when i checked my cashapp card there was no money on it & that’s what I originally spent the money off of.

Refunds take a very long time. I do not work for Apple. Refunds can take from 10-30 days.
