iPhone 11 issue
My wife’s iPhone 11 can not hear people when talking to them unless she is on speaker mode.

Take wife’s iPhone 11 to Apple Store, or Authorized Apple Service Provider for hardware issues. Techs can find out what’s really going on.
after reading all the comments on the iPhone 11 series, it is obvious there is an issue wit h using the speaker phone....shame on me for not reading the reviews. I actually had a 6 plus which worked fine except I couldn’t pair an I watch to the 6 and it wouldn’t update past 12.4......so we just purchased 3-11s....not a small purchase. What a pain. I am hoping this will be correctable and soon!!
If Bluetooth wireless speakers/earbuds actually correct the problems, then Apple should send a set free of charge to every iPhone 11purchaser!!
That is the only way she can hear the caller. She can not hear any other way.
