Why i cant download app

I can't download the application, the payment method always appears, the data has been filled in but still can't, pleaseI

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 13

Hey there! I’ve seen this before. Have you recently changed payment methods for the iTunes/App Store? Also does it work fine on your other devices? Those answers might have more specific answers.


If it is just looping back and forth and is a technical issue, some of these methods might help:


Delete your payment method and add it again.


Sign out of your Apple ID, restart your phone and sign in again to test.


Sometimes, logging into Appleid.apple.com and updating the payment information there, (Or if it’s already there, deleting and re adding it might do the trick).


Sometimes I know if a new Terms and Conditions needs acknowledgement, signing in on another devices might prompt you to accept them, making the store available again.


If your payment method was changed recently, It May also be a good idea to check Settings > Apple ID > iTunes and App Store > click your Apple ID on top > View Apple ID, if you look under payment history and/or subscriptions, does it show a balance due? You might need to enter in a new valid card to take care of that first.


If there is a billing conflict, I’d contact Apple Support for assistance.


Anyhow hope one of those methods works out, if not, more information may be needed, such as the questions above.
