If I change my Apple ID will my photos disappear

I’m having quiet a few problems.

I have no active subscriptions and haven’t for awhile. But money from Apple is trying to come out of my card nearly every second day. It’s got to the point I can’t even download an app as it takes me to a verify billing information page, I do that, then it repeats itself again. I’ll be canceling my card and a new one sent out but my question is if I was to change my Apple ID will I still have all my photos, videos, apps or will that disappear with a new Apple ID. Any information/ help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks :)

If you change your Apple ID you will have no data problems.

Use Change your Apple ID https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202667.

And, here is What to do after you change your Apple ID or

Apple ID - If you see ‘itunes.com/bill‘ or an unfamiliar charge on your bank, credit card, or debit statement.

Log into your account in the App Store/iTunes and you should be able to change/verify it there. Or you can click the blue Edit payment methods in the article below. When signed in and the page loads, you will be on the credit card page. After updating that, click the Go Back button at the lower left and you will be on the address page.

Apple ID payment information - change.
