Must enter passwords twice

Must enter passwords to my computer's account twice. Is this some trick ("Man in the middle")? By the way, FileVault is turned off.

If your Mac keeps asking for the login keychain password

The password of your macOS user account might not match the password of your login keychain. Either create a new login keychain or update it with your new password.

Filevault state, open Terminal & paste these in & press enter…

fdesetup status

diskutil cs list | grep 'Conversion Progress'
