They should work as Belkin makes Made for iPhone cables. Make sure your Lightning port on your iPhone is clean (use a toothpick) and try it again. You might also try a forced restart of your iPhone while it is connected to the Belkin cable and power. If that does not work contact Belkin and get them to replace the cable.
