My computer screen won’t turn on
Hello! My screen suddenly won’t turn on. Any suggestions?

Try booting from the Recovery Volume. If the screen is still black, then it may have died. Connect an external monitor to determine if the display panel is bad or if the GPU has failed. If it does appear to be a dead display panel, then make an appointment at the Apple Genius Bar for service after the stores re-open. If you need to find an Apple Store - Find a Store - Apple. Also, see How to find your nearest Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP) or Distributor (AAD). You may also get Apple authorized service at a local Best Buy or contact Apple Support for more options.
