As a followup, we are seeing numerous reports of Mac OS upgrades ot downloading when:

• an older copy of the installer is already on the hard drive (in the Applications folder)
• the user tries to download the update using FireFox.

In the firs case madelete ad old versin of the installer. In the second, used Safari to download.
