Hi I have recently found out that my husband had bugged my phone. How can I find out if it's still bugged

Well, you don’t.
Restore your iPhone.
What you can do is change the password to your Apple ID, email , Cellular provider and social media accounts.
Do not give out any passwords, do not share IDs and don’t give anyone access to your device.
