Upgrade storage

When I try to upgrade my storage there is no option to buy more. How do I get more storage on my phone?

You can purchase and upgrade your iCloud storage, but you cannot purchase and upgrade storage for your device. Storage for your device is permanent, and can only be decreased not increased.
