I’m unable to edit my Medical ID in the Health App.

For some reason, I can’t edit the Medical ID in the Health App on my iPhone X *(13.6.1). When I tap “Medical ID,” I just get an endless spinning wheel. Has anyone else had this issue?

I’ve restored and updated my phone via iTunes, I’ve used the Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings, and I’ve tried disabling the Health app in Settings > Apple ID > iCloud, but nothing has fixed it.

I also can’t edit the Health Profile. It loads when I click on it, but it only shows my birthdate; name, sex, etc. are marked “Not Set”. When I hit Edit on the top right, it lets me add my info. But 3 seconds after I hit Done, it reverts.

It’s super frustrating, as I have an Apple Watch and I can’t sync my health data with other fitness apps. If anyone has had this issue in the past and knows a solution, please let me know!
