Cannot remove activation lock

Every time i try to turn on and off my activation it keeps saying activation unsuccessful then when i try to change it for my number it doesn’t work

also what i mean by it won’t let me change my number i mean that every time i try to type on my number it loads then it would say if i delete this i won’t be able to use it for facetime calls or imessage i can only use my icloud but not my number .. and sorry for clicking the solve button it’s not solved

If you are the owner of the iPhone or the owner has shared all information with you then to open Activation Lock:- If it is Activation locked, read here --> Turn off Activation Lock - Apple Support Activation Lock for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
