my phone was in water now its not working i tried reset with volume up and down but still nothing

Most likely, the phone was damaged due to liquid getting inside the phone. Liquid damage is not covered under the Apple 1 year hardware warranty, but may come at a reduced cost if the phone has an active AppleCare+ plan.
