Importing an ics file to my iPhone calendar

How do I add the ics file to my calendar?

iPhone SE

iOS 13.5.1

I do not have the “mail” app installed.

I downloaded a .ics file from safari. I can open this. The only options are done and share. There is no option to add this to my calendar.

Here are some suggestions that can help:

If not already backed up, be sure to back up your iPhone then update to iOS 13.6.1: Update iOS on iPhone - Apple
Try reinstalling the Mail app from the App Store, and if adding the .ics file to a calendar syncing from an email address be sure to verify the calendar setting is turned on at Settings > Passwords & Accounts > Accounts.
Try opening using another cloud service with the Files app: Use the Files app on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
