Air Pods PRO compatibility with iPhone X-Static noise

I had issues with newly purchased airpods pro.

After trying the below,it seems there is a compatibility issue with iPhone.

• Reset the airpods,Reconnected
• Reset my iPhone X to factory reset and reinstalled all apps
• Gave them to Apple service centre who replaced it
  • Seems to work v well with my iPad Mini but not with iPhoneX
  • It worked with Iphone 6 of service centre

Suggest what I could do here
