the airpods pro double tap seems to not to work. What should I do?
The double tap to move forward is not working. I am using pandora website to listen to music.

Websites typically do not support backward/forward macro key sequences as they appear the same as going back to the last page and next page. You'll need to find an App that is responsive to that.
