My phone started glitching so I decided to turn it off to reset it. Once I did it wouldn't turn back on and it showed the apple logo. I let it sit for a few hours and the apple logo on the black screen started blinking every few minutes. I did a hard reset on it and its still not turning back on.

1) Try and Force Restart your iPhone exactly as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:
