Apple Watch asks for previous owner's account

Hi everyone is there anyone out there who could help me with an issue I’m having with a Apple Watch I bought from USA Pawn and Jewelry in Portland Oregon it is iCloud locked and I don’t have the money to pay for it to be unlocked I was hoping maybe I could go through my iTunes or something or how could I possibly find the oringinal owner because the pawn shop said they couldn’t give out that info do u think Apple would help? I have my purchase receipt from USA Pawn & Jewelry Portland Oregon. Anybody no anything thAt could steer me in the right direction? I bought it because I broke my 5 series and it’s on back order through Verizon so I happen to go into USA Pawn and had a 3 series for a killer deal so I bought it , thought it would be simple to get it up an running , not so sure seems to be becoming more of a headache and out 100 bucks
