MacBook Air screen problem
i hee MacBook Air since 2017. Today all of sudden it’s screen turned grey with vertical lines.

That is not a good sign. That could be related to a failing display or a failing connecting cable to the display or a failing Logic board. Any one of the above can cause the display to behave in the way that you have described. Of course, any of the above will be an expensive repair.
Well, that is the worst case scenario however it remains a possibility, however you may want to try some basic troubleshooting techniques and see whether that resolves things.
