If by Google Apps, you mean the Google Play Store, the no, you cannot use that on an iPhone, nor can you sign in to it with your Apple ID.
The Google Play Store holds apps for Android devices. Apps made for Android devices do not run on iOS devices as they are entirely different platforms.
Google does not allow the usage of Apple IDs with their own store sorry.
There are however plenty of Google developed apps for iOS devices you can download from the App Store. See here Google Apps on the App Store
