Receipt request

I bought an iPhone 6 in 20.4.2016 from Apple Fifth avenue in Newyork for USD784.

Now I needed to declare the invoice to the Officials. I would like to get a copy of the receipt .I appreciated if you could help me with this and send it to my below email.
