In what way are the times off? Are you using any restrictions or do you have Screen time turned on? On your phone when you go to settings>privacy>location services>system services - are all location based settings on?
Have you checked the time settings on both devices to make sure automatically set time is on?
Yes, they both had their auto time on, I manually have put in the correct time.
Yes, I followed the instructions on time and date, no update, auto doesn’t work
I did have two at the bottom not on, map something and the very bottom one.
I woke up the morning and my clock was 20 minutes off
It is possible that it is a cellular provider issue since they use the towers for time. Was there a storm in your area recently? Have you tried contacted your carrier?
No, I will contact AT&T so, I don’t know what happened but both devices are now on time, thanks
