“...no storage on iTunes” I’m not sure exactly what you mean by that.
If you want to move i ages out of Photos, log into www.icloud.com on your computer and download them from there, then delete them.
Thanks. I want to move several photos off my iPhone to my computer. I have plenty of storage on iCloud, no storage on iTunes.
