hello, everyone! a couple of weeks ago I received a Mac as a gift. It came with airpods as part of a "buy a mac, get free airpods" promotion. i was told that Airpods would be free only if i register them but i am not sure how to do it. any ideas? thanks!
If the AirPods came, they were free. The way the process works, the buyer adds the AirPods to the shopping cart (or someone in an Apple Store does it for them) along with the Mac, then the system gives an instant promotional credit for the cost of the AirPods and it's done. So, there's no need to 'register' them to get them for free, they were already gotten for free.
